Meetings are held monthly. Through the years various classes have been held in such fields as art, set dancing, line dancing, mixed crafts, flower arranging, and cookery. Members have won many prizes over the years for crafts. Ellen Brady won first prize in the 1999 National Jacob's ICA Awards.
The local Guild members go on an annual outing. At first they confined it to a one-day event but now stay over two nights. Membership is now reduced to sixteen members with president Anna Farrell, vice president Julie Gaffney, secretary Isobel Reilly and treasurer Amy Gumley. Three annual raffles are held, proceeds donated to a charity.
